Burlington Terrace

Considered planning, detailing and the careful placement of windows, skylights and lightwells has created a wonderful home behind the traditional Victorian façade.

The insertion of internal lightwell provided natural light deep within the elongated floor plan.  The skylight was designed to allow winter warmth into the internal bedroom and to lighten the first floor bathroom and ground floor kitchen spaces.

A juliette balcony to the rear retained neighbour privacy while opening up the bedroom interior space.
